Towing Business Insurance Wrongfully Insured

Recently, I was seeing a potential business owner policy of his towing business. They got pretty good premium for coverage. However, the insured has no correct proper class driver license to operate his two of three towing truck. Moreover, the current policy has no proper additional term of coverage it mandatory required by state. Well, the current agent has an alternative way to add that coverage. But, it is not a correct way to do it. It seems that this insured has no clear knowledge about what he got for his current policy.
